All our packages/services are declared transparently.

1.6 Purchases

Purchases or already paid subscriptions are non-refundable, a dispute with the payment provider leads to immediate permanent exclusion from our service.

We reserve the right to verify suspicious payments through one of our third party partners.

We reserve the right to report any violations to the authorities.

1.7 Refunds

All types of transactions are non-refundable.

All refunds are purely a gesture of goodwill.

1.8 Payouts

Our service allows the user to pay out his revenues.

We reserve the right to verify suspicious payments and, in the worst case, withhold them.

We reserve the right not to inform the user of the reason or the fact that we have or how high the payments are that we have withheld.

The user is obliged to report his payments to the authorities himself, we assume no liability.

Withdrawals are only possible using our specified methods.

1.9 Support

Users have the option of contacting our customer support.

We reserve the right to leave support requests unanswered or to close them without any answer.

We reserve the right to permanently exclude users from support without giving a reason.

1.10 Transfer / Reselling of Accounts

It is not allowed to resell or transfer a user account.

In case of suspicion, we reserve the right to block/delete accounts without notice.

It is possible to submit a transfer request via support.

Content

2.1 User Content

The Site and the Services may allow you to upload, submit, store, or share content, including without limitation, audio recordings, images, and text (collectively, "User Content").

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Site or the Services.

We have the right to manage your content, publish it and use it for our purposes free of charge.

You remain the owner of the rights to your content, but we reserve the right to use it free of charge for advertising purposes.

2.2 Company Content

The Site and the Services may also include content owned or licensed by the Company, including without limitation, music, videos, and images (collectively, "Company Content").

You may access and use the Company Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

2.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, submit, store, or share any User Content on or through the Site or the Services that:

(a) is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive or harmful;

(b) infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any third party;

(d) contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other harmful computer code, files, or programs;

(e) is designed to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or digital rights management technology or measures used by the Company or any third party.

2.4 Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any User Content and to remove or refuse to post any User Content that violates this Agreement or that we find objectionable.

We also reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect the integrity of the Site and the Services, including without limitation, removing any User.

We reserve the right to suspend, delete or restrict content and/or user accounts at any time and shall not be held accountable or obliged to give any reason.
